Communicate your question in the way you feel most comfortable with. Many find it productive to first write to Blabber or Slack with a general description of their problem (a picture often helps!), but follow up with a physical visit the space and for things that are easier to explain or debug in person.
You should feel welcome to ask people who are helpful on Blabber or the Slack if they will be at the next open night and available for in-person help.
If you are looking for more than just assistance, and are looking for someone to join your project as a participant, you are welcome to try to recruit on our various communications channels.
If you are looking to hire and pay someone for assistance or tutoring, you are welcome to use Blabber or the Slack to do so and arrive at private arrangements with community members. Hack Manhattan does not take any responsibility for such arrangements. We do not provide paid assistance as an organization.
